Marketing – ADA Compliant Websites

Is your website leaving you open to legal action? In 2018, the DOJ clarified that websites are considered places of public accommodation and must comply with ADA Title III. It is estimated that 98% of websites are inaccessible and therefore open to legal action.  Inaccessible websites face serious legal consequences.

With exponential growth in web accessibility, legal actions have a widespread effect across industries, with small and medium businesses in the center.

Lawsuit numbers are estimated to continue to increase as the need to enable accessible digital experiences becomes more prominent.

This seminar will explain the various elements of a website that need to be in compliance and offer information on how to address those issues and help you avoid legal action against your business.
